Today's useless iPod accessory is...

...The iRon with SteamTempo technology. Gear4 has created this clothes iron which runs off of your iPod's battery. The iRon has built in stereo speakers so you can rock out to Shakira while getting the wrinkles out of your tighty-whities (you do iron your undies, don't you?). You may need to sit down for this next bit - oh, you're already sitting, right - this thing features SteamTempo technology. Don't be embarrassed, I didn't know what it was either:

Thanks to GEAR4'’s unique "“SteamTempo"” technology, the jets spray in time to the music:– fast, bass-heavy tunes producing more steam and softer music providing less.
The iRon also comes with a software plugin for your iPod so you can monitor iron temperature, remaining water level, and battery charge. You can pick up your very own iRon from Gear4's website for a little under $200.

If you have an I pod (which I beleve is portable to begin with) and you have a travel iron (which is probably cheaper) why cant you just turn on your Ipod while you are ironing? This is the most foolish thing ever. Things like this just anger me.
